JOB DESCRIPTION:
Headquartered in Switzerland, with offices in Böblingen, Paris, Bangkok, Dubai, Singapore and Sydney, FutureLog designs and develops a suite of procure-to-pay software solutions tailored to the hospitality industry. Following a period of significant growth across our customer portfolio and markets, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Product Marketing Manager to join us and help support our further expansion.
The primary responsibility of this role is to develop, support and execute our overall B2B product marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology and story-telling while having experience in driving the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and promotion of digital products.
Reporting directly to our VP Digital Marketing & Communication, the successful candidate will also collaborate closely with other teams, including Product Development, Sales, and Customer Success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our hospitality procurement software in the market
- Research the hospitality technology landscape and stay up-to-date on the competitive environment, industry trends, and customer needs
- Create product marketing content (e.g., presentations, sales materials, graphics, videos and website content) that highlights the features and benefits of our products
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop resources that support the sales process, including product overviews, highlights, USPs, etc.
- Create and lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, updates, and feature releases
PERSONAL PROFILE:
We’re looking for an excellent communicator ; someone who can convey our value proposition to a range of audiences and is capable of crafting bespoke messages that resonate with existing customers and prospects, based on empathy for their level of familiarity, their requirements, backgrounds and challenges.
Our ideal candidate will also be naturally creative , with a hands-on approach to designing and writing content. Working closely with our Product Team to understand our product capabilities, the ideal candidate should be able to quickly & intuitively make the connection between our product attributes and how they make life better for our customers, conveying these messages in an engaging, powerful and accessible way.

DESIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent graphic design, video editing & video creation skills are crucial
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is essential
- Familiarity with Figma is a strong advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are highly desirable (French is a plus)
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint
- Good working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Problem-solving, organisational and project-tracking skills, focused on adhering to timelines
- Strong interpersonal skills – both with internal and external partners
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in B2B product marketing within the hospitality technology / SaaS environment
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Digital / Product Marketing or related fields desired
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and procure-to-pay processes
- Experienced in concepts of market trends and product lifecycles
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and product marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Extensive experience designing customer promotions
- Proficiency with product design techniques based on hands-on experience
- Experience in using a CRM platform is an advantage
