Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet customer needs and drive business growth. You will be a key driver of product strategy and roadmap, leading product ideation, market research, analysis and product positioning. Your ultimate goal will be to deliver successful products that drive customer satisfaction, adoption and revenue growth.

• Developing and executing product strategies.
• Conducting market research to identify customer needs and trends.
• Managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch support and enhancements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing and sales, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Identifying and prioritizing product features and enhancements.
• Creating product roadmaps and communicating product vision to stakeholders.
• Defining and tracking metrics to measure the success of the product.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements and regulatory changes in the aviation industry.
• Managing product budgets.

• MSc or BSc degree in engineering, computer science, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in product management, preferably in fast moving tech company.
• Solid understanding of software and apps development.
• Proven track record in building and shipping technical products.
• Outstanding emotional intelligence and collaboration skills.
• Deep knowledge of user research & data-analysis methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
• Good command of spoken and written English (B2 / C1).
