WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Analyzing and reporting of business data for two of the five EMEAI sales regions using the BI-System and own reports:
- Daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales, Bookings and Backlog as well as margin analysis
- Top/Flop Customer analysis
- Sales & Bookings forecasting
- Review and report on the Sales Funnel containing growth opportunities tracked in the CRM system and ensure proper quality of data.
- Partner with, and support the regional General Manager and Sales Leader:
- Definition of targets for metrics and incentive plans as well as reviewing performance during the year
- Preparation of business data for presentations, meetings and KPI reviews
- Participation in the development and facilitation of strategic initiatives
- Continuously improve processes and tools leveraging the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS)
- Participate at sales meetings and support the commercial team (Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support) executing all defined processes, and with the usage of tools & templates.
Support cross regional or crossfunctional teams like Finance, Product Line Management and Marketing
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Passion for business data and analytics and the ability to extract the important information from data and present it in a visually appealing way
- You like to work in a process-oriented environment with a focus on continuous improvement
- Successfully completed studies in a relevant field with several years of experience as a business/data analyst or within a commercial role
- Confident at presenting in front of bigger groups and the management as well being able to enforce processes and standards
- Strong understanding of commercial processes especially in the industrial B2B environment
- Experience with ERP systems (especially Oracle)
- Experience with CRM systems (especially Salesforce)
- Experience in dealing with Microsoft's Office365 package, especially MS Excel and Power-BI
Fluent in German and English
