Restaurant Room Chef Duties Include:

• Responsible for kitchen and restaurant expenses and inventories while maintaining a high quality of guest service and satisfaction
• Development of new menu items and specials
• Work with FOH management to maintain budgetary and financial requirements
• Kitchen personnel training
• Ensuring that culinary operations are in satisfactory conditions to meet local health requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Restaurant Room Chef candidates must possess:

• Must have at least 5 years of culinary experience AND 3 years of supervisory experience
• A culinary degree from a recognized culinary or trade school is preferred
• Work in a fastpaced environment
