Transaction origination and structuring (acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures)
Negotiation with external counterparties of commercial (e.g. purchase price) and contract terms
Coordination of internal set-up of the project team (across units and departments e.g. operations, commercial, controlling, legal, tax, accounting) and external advisor support (e.g. financial, technical, legal)
Process structuring and co-ordination from kick-off to closing incl. steering of project teams (across units and functions, internally and externally), in-depth business analysis, due diligence, approvals, internal and external communication
A convincing background
University degree with strong academic record in business administration or another relevant field of study
Several years of professional experience in M&A or comparable commercial/ financial/ project experience
Ability to work independently and under time pressure
Entrepreneurial and solution orientated mind-set
Commercially driven with strong analytical mindset
Self-confidence and able to show Commitment and Assertiveness
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
