What you can expect
- Management of sales projects with the support of other internal technical departments
- Overseeing and executing sales activities within the D-A-CH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Establishing and maintaining a strong sales partner network in the region
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy for the assigned region in line with overall company objectives and guidelines
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and effective sales activities at a regional level
- Analyzing market trends, formulating effective actions, and pursuing ambitious sales goals, quotas, and KPIs for the region, as well as their implementation into concrete measures and reporting
- Setting clear targets and revenue expectations for sales partners and monitoring their performance
- Monitoring and optimizing sales performance and continuously seeking ways to improve sales processes, efficiency, and productivity in the region
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer service, as well as supporting and developing one's own team
What you should bring
- A completed degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or a vocational qualification with several years of professional experience
- More than 2-5 years of experience in sales of capital goods, preferably in the field of non-destructive testing or metrology
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
- Experience in managing sales partners and the ability to motivate and inspire them in alignment with our company values
- Excellent knowledge of sales techniques, methods, and best practices
- Proficient in the use of CRM software and sales tools
- Strategic and analytical thinking with a strong business acumen
- Understanding of market dynamics is desirable
- Result-oriented mindset focused on achieving measurable outcomes
- Exceptional abilities to organize and structure sales projects and manage them through effective interface management
- High social competence, excellent communication skills in both German and English, and strong negotiation skills
