Lead Systems Engineer - Deployable Solar Arrays | In-Space Manufacturing

You will become the Technical Lead for the overall system design, integration and qualification.

ISM (In-Space Manufacturing) is the future and the role will provide you an opportunity to be at the forefront of In-Space Manufacturing technologies

Your Mission   
Support the development of DCUBED's world-first in-space manufacturing (ISM) technology
Work with the PMs and a multidisciplinary technical team to design system architectures
Perform system trade-offs for ISM solar arrays
Define system requirements to comply with customer and ECSS / NASA specifications 
Derive component-level requirements
Create verification plans and design verification activities

Here is what you bring to the table

What you bring to the table BS / MS degree in Engineering (aerospace, mechanical, electrical or a related subject ). 3+ years of experience with space system development Knowledge of engineering standards used in the space industry (eg ECSS, MIL) Knowledge/experience of system engineering processes Fluent in English

Nice to have R equirements
Proven record of successful flight missions in a systems engineer or technical lead role
Understanding of structures, thermal control, and electrical systems
Python coding experience
