Responsibilities:
- Creation of calculations for offers with the responsible departments, with the aim of providing reliable and reasonable product cost estimation
- Coordinate and collection of operation related NRC for OTO calculation
- Calculation standard product costs for standardized products
- Value analysis accompanying development and design, manufacturing technologies and processes etc. in order to contribute for cost optimization
- On-going cost analysis of HK0, control and monitor product costs between offer calculation and actual costs (target-actual deviation), coordinate root cause analysis and measure defining.
- Optimization of process and calculation methods for cost calculation and analysis
- Special projects within Product Cost Management
- Subproject in cost reduction projects (e.g. VTEE)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering related or financial/controlling
- 3+ years' cost estimation experience in manufacturing company, or engineering background with Financial analysis skill and product cost mindset, or experience in Financial area with Technical understanding
- Fluent in English and skillful in MS Office, good VB and ppt skill, experience in NAVISION is a plus
- Very good communication skills and skills to handle conflict situation, strong team player, proactive and efficient .
