THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
As a Finance Analyst - Accounting, you will play a crucial role in making sure that Finance enables the entire company and external stakeholders in having the right data at the right time. Join our Director of Finance Dirk, in being key for charles in making sure that we are an independent, self-sustaining business, with excellent processes and customers who enjoy working with us.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- You drive our closing processes and are a key contributor for steering across the company. You’ll own monthly and annual closings and ensure sure they are available promptly with the most meaningful insights.
- You have a strong focus on improving our Days-Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Days-Payables Outstanding (DPO) , balancing financial concerns with customer and supplier relations. For this, you will work closely with our Sales- and Success-team, making sure we find optimal solutions for the business
- You are a prime example for cost sensitivity across the company and make sure that spending is compliant with our policies
- You manage the daily operations for billing, expense management and contract management
YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND VALUES
- You have a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or relevant studies
- You have experience working with DATEV
- You are very familiar with German bookkeeping standards (HGB)
- You are excellent in using Excel and Powerpoint and have an analytical mindset
- You enjoy working and communicating with customers
- You have excellent English and German skills
- You thrive working autonomously and have an achiever mindset
- You want to improve our (finance) processes every day you come to work
