BCM complements the existing structures to strengthen the resilience of SWISS and LH Group. The position involves the establishment of a BCM system. This includes identifying risks and threats for operational processes, developing response structures as well as implementing measures for validation.

• Establishment of BCM within SWISS within the context of the LH Group structures
• Conducting risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify potential threats and their potential impact on the organization
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure business continuity plans are aligned with business objectives and operational requirements
• Providing training and awareness programs to ensure employees are prepared to respond to and recover from disruptive events
• Testing and exercising business continuity plans to identify and address any gaps or weaknesses in the organization's ability to respond to and recover from disruptions
• Coordinating with external partners and vendors to ensure their business continuity plans are aligned

• University / university of applied science level degree in business administration or several years of professional experience with appropriate further higher education
• Comprehensive knowledge of processes, procedures and interfaces in the aviation sector
• Several years of professional experience with in depth knowledge of Business Continuity Management
• Very analytical and conceptual thinking approach
• Very strong self organization skills
• Strong presentation and communications skills
• Excellent spoken and written command in German and English
