Job Description
Are you looking for a new challenge where you can have real ownership and direct impact on the success of an innovative tech company? As our Product Owner for a stream-aligned feature team, you are responsible for guiding the team in the development of features and products. You take ownership of the success of the team's deliverables and collaborate with different stakeholders. While focusing on feature development, you also participate in the Product Owner Guild, benefiting from the insights shared by the Amazon PPC Expert and best practices shared and coached by the Lead Product Owner. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Feature Team Leadership: You will lead the stream-aligned feature team in the development of features and products by owning the product backlog and ensuring it aligns with the overall product strategy and business goals
- Product Success: You will take ownership of the success of features and products and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and customer-centric solutions
- User-Centric Approach: You will prioritize features based on a deep understanding of user needs and market trends as well as advocate for a user-centric approach to product development within the feature team
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: You will utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making, measure feature success, and identify areas for improvement as well as implement A/B testing and other data-driven strategies to optimize features
- Agile Practices: You will implement and adhere to agile methodologies within the feature team and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
WHO YOU ARE
- You have about 3 years of proven experience as a successful Product Owner with a track record of delivering successful features or products
- You have ideally already gained experience with SaaS in a B2B environment
- You impress with your strong leadership skills and your ability to guide cross-functional teams
- You shine with your expertise in agile methods and best practices in product development
- Your excellent communication and cooperation skills are a matter of course for you
- You are business fluent in written and spoken English
