We - MT Management Service with locations in Augsburg and Peißenberg - are part of the space and technology group OHB. The Human Resources, Finance, Controlling and IT departments converge centrally under our roof. With around 80 employees, we create greater transparency, ensure optimum coordination and make significant contributions to process optimization at the companies we serve, MT Aerospace and Aerotech Peißenberg.

Your Tasks
- You will get a deep insight into the areas of HR Business, HR Service and HR Recruiting and support our team in the support and recruitment of employees.
- You will support the creation and placement of attractive job advertisements in order to draw the attention of interested candidates to our vacancies.
- You contribute to the active sourcing of suitable candidates, check application documents and take part in pre-selection interviews.
- You will be involved in the organization and implementation of personnel marketing measures, such as training and university fairs, in order to make us known to our target group as an interesting employer.
- You will support our HR business partners in their day-to-day operations, e.g. by preparing references, contracts, certificates, presentations and assisting with various special projects.
- You will also be responsible for the independent maintenance of HR master data and time management data in SAP.
Your Qualifications
- Current studies in the field of economics or social sciences
- Ideally first practical experience in the field of human resources
- Confident handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Application knowledge in SAP in desirable
