LE POSTE :
Responsibilities
Assistance at the incorporation of Special Purpose Vehicles (“SPVs”) including KYC
Assistance at transaction Closings
Reviewing transaction documents
Handling daily management of SPVs
Drafting minutes of Board of Directors meetings and shareholders’ meetings
Manage opening and closing of bank accounts
Assistance at liquidation of companies
Liaising with clients, advisors, notaries, banks, auditors and liquidators
Liaising with other Group’s companies
Complete timesheets accurately and timely
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :
Profile
Degree educated in corporate or commercial Law or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience with a corporate service provider, a bank or another financial institution
Knowledge of EU Capital market / Securitisation / Real Estate / Private Equity
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work on own initiative and to be highly disciplined
Fluency in English is a must. A (very) good level in German will also be appreciated. Any other language is a plus
