IT specialist as a helpdesk employee (m/f/d)

Challenges for joiners

• Our IT users can rely on your technical support: Because you quickly and conscientiously classify, analyze and process incoming requests
• You assist users by telephone, remote software or ticket system
• In detail, you will check and eliminate faults and errors for both clients (desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile devices) and applications (Office 365, Open Touch Conversation)
• You will also take care of user and rights management in Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange, in SAP and other systems
• You prepare more complex requests and forward them to downstream specialist departments
• It almost goes without saying that you document your solutions using a knowledge database and collaborate with external service providers as required
• By the way: you work alternating shifts from Monday to Friday (6 am to 7 pm)

What's special about you

• You have learned your IT trade from the ground up, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration or application development
• You have already worked in IT support, so you are experienced in working with a ticket system (preferably ServiceNow)
• You are technically confident in Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, DFS, DHCP and print servers
• You are proficient in iOS, Windows 10 and 11, Office 365 and have basic knowledge of SAP
• It is clear that you can express yourself well both verbally and in writing, preferably also in English
• In general, you inspire those around you with your friendly, helpful manner, your team player qualities and your organizational talent
