Experience in data-driven marketing, campaign development, measurement and optimization, Martech, CDP, etc.
Understanding of data (management) platforms (CDP, CRM, DMP, Big Data Lakes, Cloud) and tools (ETL, processing, marketing automation, etc.)
Experience in production environments for machine learning products, including knowledge of the tools needed for model deployment and lifecycle management in ML engineering (Docker, Kubernetes)

The core focus of our Data Science & Analytics group includes customer analytics (segmentation, behavioral analytics, personalization, recommendation systems, forecasting) using 1st-party, 3rd-party and various types of external data
Analyze large data sets and apply insights to create personalized customer experiences across multiple sectors in digital environments
You will advise clients on defining business problems and advise on the application of data analytics, business intelligence and machine learning to solve those problems
You will recognize new opportunities in the area of data science & analytics and develop practical analysis solutions
They focus heavily on customer analytics and dive deep into first- and third-party data to measure, analyze and activate digital customer behavior
You create comprehensive dashboards for business users and management levels to generate data-driven insights for their organizations
They use advanced analytics and statistical methods to prepare and analyze data for (predictive) modeling, from prototype to production (advanced segmentation, hyper-personalization, recommenders, etc.), with a focus on, but not limited to, customer data (including vehicle data ). , product data, POS data etc.)
You will help us establish standards for statistical analysis, machine learning and data visualization to ensure consistency across projects and teams, and produce reports and presentations to relevant stakeholders (customer and internal).
