As an Account Executive (m/f/d) at Wunder Mobility you play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities with players in the shared mobility and tech industries. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
We are seeking a selfstarter who is highly collaborative and has experience working in a sales role within the software industry ideally with an understanding of B2B software technologies. Above all we are looking for someone who has a proven ability to get things done close deals hit goals and think outside the box!
Tasks
- Establish strong executive relationships with our potential customers and be a trusted advisor to not only understand customers business models but also effectively link Wunder Mobilitys product offerings to customers business goals
- Meet quarterly revenue objectives and proactively conduct measures to close in on gaps
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline (with both inbound and outbound leads) and establish strong relationships from the initial discovery call demos pilots contract negotiations and finally to the seamless handover to our Account Management and Product Solutions teams
- Become knowledgeable about Wunder Mobilitys products and their use cases to showcase the value proposition of our SaaS solution
- Conduct thorough discovery and analysis of a prospects current environment business and technical requirements decisionmaking processes and timeframes
- Consistently close new accounts
- Reflect and iterate on the sales process to optimize and achieve greater impact
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to track and report on the status of leads and opportunities
- Stay informed about industry trends competitive products and market conditions
Requirements
- 3 years of endtoend sales experience ideally with B2B customers
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Highly entrepreneurial mindset combined with a proactive and handson working style
- High EQ with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency is required additional language skills are a plus!)
- A teamplayer mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals and diverse backgrounds
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and match prospect requirements to our product offering
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- High levels of sales persistence and work ethic
- Willingness to travel for inperson meetings and events with prospective customers (ca. 2 trips per quarter)
