For our Irvine Scientific European Sales Division (ISED) ART in Ratingen we are looking for a
Marketing Manager, European Assisted Reproductive Technology (f/m/div) .
In collaboration with FISI Headquarters Marketing Department, you plan, develop, organize and implement regional marketing strategies, brand campaigns, and tactical programs to achieve sales targets and optimize FISI business opportunities with MBU products in direct EU and with channel partners. You are responsible for helping to shape and steward our brand brand through various communication channels and communication vehicles. You develop and execute outbound communication plans that support individual product lines, brand objectives and corporate initiatives. You work with Global Marketing and Marcom to devise, write, and execute campaigns and collateral that increase the awareness and stature of the corporation’s various products and services. You maintain a deep understanding of our global and regional strategies and align the strategy across all programs and regions.
- Closely partner with the Global marketing team in order to understand the global marketing plan and execute field-based marketing programs that support that plan. Develop and implement long range and short-range regional marketing plans utilizing a matrix business approach for regional implementation in direct EU markets
- Liase with Global Marketing, Sales, and MARCOM to develop messaging, positioning, and promotional strategies which crystallize and deliver our products’ value propositions in novel, compelling, and memorable ways.
- In collaboration with Global Marketing, direct and execute creation of marketing materials to support regional product launch, customer presentations, animations, digital campaigns, sales training, tradeshows, workshops and seminars.
- Participate with MARCOM and Global Marketing in the development and execution of brand management plans that help contextualize and improve the company’s reputation among key audiences. Execute outbound advertising campaigns that result in profitable sales, brand growth and loyalty for a number of business areas
- Work with Marcom to ensure brand consistency across written materials using brand guidelines. Ensure consistent application of approved image, tag lines, and messaging in all areas of downstream marketing
- Develop relationships with industry leaders recruiting and maintaining key opinion leaders in order to shape market adoption and awareness.
- Develop outstanding credibility and strong relationships with the field force through product, clinical and competitive knowledge
- Responsible for maintenance and growth of gross profit for the ART Media Product Lines and distributed products, managing pricing strategy and pricing discounts in EU
- Monitor key performance indicators for marketing programs and report the metrics to the Management Team on a monthly basis along with recommendations on new promotions
- Develops new creative marketing programs, strategies and tactics to ensure that all sales channels are maximizing opportunities to position MBU product lines to achieve business objective.
- Maintain regular communication and contact with field sales personnel, , professional organizations and customers to keep abreast of marketing trends and evaluate effectiveness of marketing business activities.
- Maintain a current and complete understanding of the assigned markets and assess trends/dynamics of the segments to proactively position Irvine Scientific.
- Gather competitive information and evaluate the potential on Irvine Scientifics’ products.
- Ensure that market plans are understood by the sales force and distributors to result in successful implementation of programs.
- Travel expected at 10%.
- BA/BS degree in Biology or in a Life Science or MBA.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with a technical background and/or marketing experience.
- At least one year experience in Assisted Reproductive Technology field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English.
