WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Human Resources Solutions Specialist in either Munich, Düsseldorf, Budapest, Warsaw or Prague, you will be part of and accompany the digital transformation within Human Resources. This entails the design, development, and testing of different tools, applications, or software components being used and implemented going forward in our HR department. In this role, you provide guidance to the Human Resources department along its digital transformation journey. In close collaboration, you will be responsible for mapping HR business processes into our HR applications or IT systems, enhancing, optimizing, maintaining, and supporting the IT environment specific to HR needs. In this position, you will do the following:
Be responsible for application development and deployment, including programming, code testing, and managing code builds for both test and production environments
Manage and further develop automation and digital processes within HR
Build, repair, or enhance existing workflows
Design algorithms and flowcharts
Conceptualize and implement interfaces
Conduct tests and risk assessments
Troubleshoot, debug, and update existing programs
Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
Handle and maintain SQL data tables (e.g., Oracle)
As a member of the HR Solutions team you work in a team of three and report to the HR Solutions Director. In your role, you closely work together with colleagues from other HR units as well as from Finance or IT functions. Collaboration in the team is characterized by respect, acceptance, and mutual trust. Your manager will assist you in familiarizing yourself with the company and developing professionally, and you will also always be able to draw upon the experience of your coworkers.
YOUR PROFILE
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Your strong analytical skills help you in understanding business requirements and developing suitable solutions.
Writing clean, efficient code based on specifications and requirements (e.g., Visual Basic, Python).
Reviewing and deploying programs, systems, or applications.
Analyzing problems and proposing solutions for system implementation.
Identifying potential technical enhancements and implementing improvements.
You have a general understanding of the field of Human Resources.
You're a team player and like to challenge situations or proposals.
Your natural openness and deep-seated curiosity not only fuel your ability to swiftly grasp new concepts but also empower you to navigate through complex and challenging setups with a blend of pragmatic efficiency and heartfelt dedication.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS)
You have a degree in computer science, economics, or a comparable field of study and 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
You have experience in software development, mainly with object-oriented languages.
As an MS Office expert, you're also familiar with most common software products, such as data tables (e.g., Oracle).
Preferably, you can draw on knowledge of workflow management, with a strong interest in applying it in an HR context.
You have excellent written and spoken English language skills.
Experience in creating, extending, or advancing scripts.
Interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
