We are looking for reinforcement for our strategic procurement! Are you a negotiation talent with a passion for strategic approaches and would like to shape the future of HUGO BOSS? Then you've come to the right place. Indirect procurement is of great importance for the smooth functioning of companies. This involves the purchase of products or consumables that are essential for business operations. We procure services in areas such as marketing, IT, and logistics, but also the procurement of furniture for our stores is part of our tasks.

What you can expect:

• Planning and implementation of complex strategic procurement projects in close collaboration with the departments.
• Controlling the procurement processes, including market analysis, tenders, supplier selection, and negotiation of framework agreements.
• Defining the procurement strategy for the purchase of various services.
• Maintaining existing supplier relationships and building new relationships at the national and international level. Identifying potential cost optimization opportunities.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed degree in economics/information technology or comparable training, ideally with a focus on purchasing/procurement
• Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing desirable
• Good English and very good knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint) as well as a confident handling of SAP
• Target- and team-oriented working style as well as a high level of analytical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills as well as negotiation skills and persuasiveness in dealing with suppliers
