Job description

TE Connectivity's Product Management Teams manage all aspects of a product, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing. They are responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership and capacity plans in order to meet sales and profit targets.
• Managing Power Connectivity product lines& technologies, a cornerstone of TE’s Automotive product portfolio
• Shaping a powerful portfolio and developing a strategic business plan towards it
• Generate profitable growth
• Driving cross-functional project teams in the development of next generation products
• Advancing global collaboration within Product Management and beyond
• Supporting online & offline marketing, sales & customer activities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or similar
• 3-5 years of Product Management experience
• Automotive industry experience is highly preferred
• Innovative, creative & entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent analytical skills with an eye for details
• Problem solver, strategic & tactical thinker
• Proactive, dynamic team player who feels at home in cross-functional, global teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
• Fluent language skills in English is required
• Willingness to travel (Europe / Global)
