Job description
Creating passion: your responsibilities
- Lifecycle management of the CAD application environment (in particular Zuken E3)
- Experience in supporting the CAD library
- Improvement and implementation of processes in the CAD/PLM environment with the aim of standardization and harmonization
- User administration and license management
- Comprehensive consulting for end users and processing of incidents and service requests (2nd level support)
- Active collaboration in the existing team of CAD administrators
- Creation of training materials and documentation, conducting training courses for end users
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or comparable training / qualification
- Professional experience in the support and further development of CAD solutions and sound knowledge of electronic design
- Strong service orientation and ability to work in a team
- Reliable and quality-conscious way of working
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in German & English
