(Senior) Principal Engineer (d/m/f) Laser Chip Simulation Location: Regensburg Your Duties Temperature dependent electro-optical simulation of III-V Semiconductor Laser diodes, including carrier transport and emission characteristics Development of novel concepts and optimization of existing process flows for laser diode manufacturing in strong cooperation with epi development, process development and manufacturing Solving complex problems in design and process in a sustainable and systematic way Deeply analyze and understand interactions between chip design and processes flow 30 days vacation entitlement Attractive salary Flexible working hours Training opportunities & structured onboarding and development planning Opportunity for coaching, mentoring and networking Flexible home office arrangements to promote a healthy work-life balance ams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
