- Liaise with different areas of the production line and internal quality teams to integrate and carry out the inspection needs into the Lilium Production System.
- Take care on internal inspection activities in quality and on time.
- Contribute to the development and integration of our Inspection management strategy and PMS documentation.
- Conduct to internal and external audits in accordance with EASA Part 21.G and EN9100 standards for Production Organizations.
- Manage quality and inspection escapes by non-conformity reports and concessions including validation and attestation.
- Analyze and interact with the quality conformance team for corrective/preventive action plans against non-conformances raised during production or in audits.
- Coordinate the day-to-day communication and need with our production shop floor peers.
- Execute and control the inspection planning, methods, and technologies following APQP Control Plan methodology in all matters; feedback on required control plan corrections/improvements to the Team Lead Quality Inspection Management.
- Support the definition and control of inspection quality characteristics and conduct periodic quality reviews
Your profile
- Technical job education or equivalent.
- Min of 3 years of experience in Quality inspection within an aviation industry environment; preferred under POA.
- Technical experience in one or multiple areas: composite, mechanical, or electrical/avionic parts and Systems
- Dedicated to composite: Familiar with composite defects and composite inspection methods.
- Experience with Non-Conformity Reports and Concession processes in aviation desired.
- Experience with Aviation Regulations and quality processes.
- Able to use calibrated inspection equipment to validate dimensions or characteristics.
- Strong motivation to help build and shape the organization, structures, and processes on aviation matters.
- Can work autonomously as well in a team with low ego, contributing to the teams and business success and targets.
- communication skills; reading / writing / talking in English language.
- German or any other language would be beneficial.?
