Job description
TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily payroll department operations
- Calculation and control of salaries
- Follow-up of relations with Institutions (e.g. Social security, tax office)
- Analyzing and reporting of statistics
- Follow-up on supplementary pension schemes
- Calculation and estimation of the evolution of personnel costs
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- 3-5 years experience in a similar position (payroll domain)
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related field
- Autonomy, flexibility, rigorous and analyzing spirit
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Good knowledge of SAP (HR, Payroll, Time management)
- Fluency in written and spoken English; any other language is an advantage
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Full time & permanent contract
- Position based in Luxembourg
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
