Field of activity
As the central service provider of the DRV Bund, Department 16 "Corporate Security" is responsible for IT and physical security, the protection of personal data, confidentiality and emergency management as well as fundamental and cross-sectional tasks. The "Training and Communication" team designs, manages and is responsible for training and raising the awareness of DRV Bund employees with regard to IT security. The team is also involved in the planning and implementation of DRV-wide awareness measures and coordinates the intranet presence of Department 16 "Corporate Security".
Your tasks
- Participation in the creation of DRV-wide guidelines, concepts and instructions for information security
- Responsible for creating, maintaining and implementing the DRV Bund's target group-oriented information security training concept
- Collaboration in the planning and implementation of cross-agency awareness measures
- Training specialist managers in the creation and updating of IT security concepts in accordance with BSI IT baseline protection standards
- Helping to carry out regular audits to ensure compliance with security requirements in accordance with the institution's applicable regulations
- Contributing to risk and action management and reporting as part of the specialist tasks for which they are responsible
Your profile
- A completed university degree (Bachelor's or Diplom FH) in IT with at least three years of practical work experience in IT or completed vocational training in IT with at least four years of work experience in IT or successful completion of comparable IT training or further training with at least four years of work experience in IT
- Task-relevant professional experience in IT security
- Proven knowledge of IT baseline protection is desirable
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
- Business fluent in written and spoken German
- Strong communication and coordination skills round off your profile
