YOUR EXPERIENCE / PROFILE

- Experience

- Min. 2 years actively working on projects

- Englisch-speaking projects
- Min. 1 project with min. 3 developers
- Min. 1 project longer than 6 months

- Not as single developer but instead working close with min. 3 other developers

- Technologies and programming languages

- JavaScript (min. 3 years)
- Ideal: Go
- Backend: Node.js, Express, Any SQL Database (Ideal: PostgreSQL)
- Frontend: Angular, React or similar (Ideal: UI5), CSS, XML, HTML
- Understanding the importance

° User Experience und Usability
° Performance
° Security
° Clean code (Coding Conventions)
° Clean architecture
° Sustainable solutions

- Collaboration

- Working with agile techniques (Ideal: SCRUM)
- GIT, Teams, Jira or similar

- Bachelor’s degree in IT (Ideal: Master)

TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND SPHERE OF COMPETENCE

- Build comprehensive end-to-end solutions
- Independently design and develop complete features
- Cover all layers of the application including user input, data validation & transformation, business logic, database access and data presentation in user interface
- Analyze and fix bugs on all levels

WHAT WE OFFER

- As a key part of the development team, you will create and further develop our HR SaaS products. Your responsibilities include designing, evaluating and implementing technical solutions. This covers a secure and powerful backend as well as an attractive frontend.
- In close cooperation and communication with stakeholders like Product Owner or Sales & Marketing and our cloud architects you will design the ideal solution for an optimal customer experience.
- Besides the further improvement of the existing codebase, you will also be responsible for the technical maintenance and support of the productive solution.
- In your role as one of our key developers, you will evaluate new technologies and contribute your own solutions that will be used by our clients in their daily business.
- Location: Remote, employed by CubeServ Croatia
