Your area of responsibility:
- Receipt, pre-qualification and complete documentation of service desk calls as well as messages and requests in the ticket system
- Competent support of users (m/f/d) in the event of inquiries or workstation malfunctions or rapid activation of downstream support instances and monitoring of their results until the malfunction is rectified
- Restoring the functionality of IT workstations as quickly as possible in the event of malfunctions through on-site or remote deployment
- On-site support in the event of malfunctions during events, especially in the area of event technology
- Delivery of IT and telecommunications end devices, including installation, configuration (hardware and software), as well as relocation of IT and telecommunications hardware (IT relocations), including preparatory pre-inspection of the premises
- Cooperation with neighboring service areas for the provision of supplementary services, such as repair and warranty processing, data backup or IT provision
Your background:
- The basics: You have successfully completed your training in the IT sector, e.g. as an IT specialist (m/f/d), and have some professional experience in first-level user support.
- The trade: You have good knowledge of the Microsoft Windows environment (Office, Outlook and Exchange) and good knowledge of the hardware and software of notebooks and desktop computers as well as peripheral devices such as printers, scanners and event and presentation technology.
- Strengths: You have experience in dealing with remote support and have knowledge of the telecommunications environment (telephone, mobile devices and fax) as well as basic knowledge of broadcast-specific end devices (televisions, radios, DVD players/recorders).
- Personality: You are a service-oriented and communicative team player (m/f/d) who likes to work independently and is willing to work outside normal working hours.
- The icing on the cake: You have a basic ITIL certification (e.g. Foundation) and a class 3 or B / BE driving license.
