Based in Münster, Germany and reporting into the Head of HR DACH, you will in your position be performing a diverse range of HR-related duties and play a key role in executing our HR strategy and delivering a great employee experience every day.

Working across both companies GN Hearing (Münster) and GN Audio (Rosenheim), who in some ways are similar and others not. Your ability to make an impact is huge - and you will be challenged but at the same time you will be able to influence and support a diverse number of employees in many different aspects.
In the job, you will embrace the HR annual wheel and supporting, handling, and processing the delivery of these tasks. Besides this, you will also be first point of contact for general HR topics and recurring inquiries from external sources Furthermore, you will be:
Partnering closely with the business and leaders to understand and challenge the current and future need.
Taking care of recruiting activities in close collaboration with the leaders and our talent acquisition team
Providing front line advice and guidance to employees and leaders in relation to HR queries and assistance with HR systems
Fostering and putting forward suggestions for continuous improvement and standardization
Processing extensive administrative and transactional activities related to the entire employee lifecycle and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day HR processes and actions.
Managing and updating all topics related to health management and company pension schemes
Ensuring all country HR documentation is up to date and in line with business and legal requirements
Ensuring the Company’s HR system (Workday) and personnel records are accurate and up to date
Administering the full onboarding and induction process for new employees
Ensuring all WC HR related matters, including but not limited to approvals that fall within WC co-determination rights, are handled in a timely manner, and in line with legislation
We want to make you successful in your job
When you have joined GN, we want you to succeed and develop your competencies and skills further but to a start, we imagine that you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a business-related subject
Solid experience in a HR role, dealing with a wide range of HR issues and subject matters
Knowledge of labour legislation, taxation requirements and auto-enrolment pensions
Hands-on experience working with Working Councils
Fluency in German and English, spoken and written
Excellent communication skills and why you undoubtedly have the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
Demonstration of exceptional customer service when interacting with internal stakeholders.
High degree of proactivity
Strong negotiating skills and the ability to deal with conflict
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
Organized and able to multi-task and prioritize, as well as manage own time effectively
Able to follow processes and follow-up with others to completion
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop
Flexibility to travel from time to time
