• Involvement during the design phases of devices, troubleshooting and content development for devices
• Keeping up to date with design change requests and product improvements to understand potential impact to the customer service
• Development of change request management process for troubleshooting content
• Support in-market customer care teams
• Creation of technical documents for the devices/products

• Degree or equivalent experience in an engineering discipline (e.g. electronics, design, mechanical…)
• Understanding of customer service operations
• A structured and methodical approach allowing accuracy and consistency in the work delivered
• Strong influencing skills and the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across functions at all levels
• Excellent MS Office capability 
• Knowledge of Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
