About the role The Launch Engine digital team leads the digital pillar of the Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) Launch Engine initiative aiming at improving & accelerating launches of new products in the accelerating pipeline of Sanofi Research & Development (R&D). Creating a digital continuum from R&D to M&S is a key means to accelerate launches and that we are building by leveraging the 3DExperience platform from Dassault Systèmes.
The team is mainly located in France but works with users in R&D labs and manufacturing plants across the globe.
As a Product Owner (Product Lifecycle Management) you will have the opportunity to work on two assignments based in two separate locations: first year in Geel (Belgium) and the second year in Frankfurt (Germany).
Main responsibilities as Product Owner (Product Lifecycle Management)
- Contribute within an agile team to design and build a solution in close collaboration with your users from R&D Process & Analytics Development and Manufacturing Science and Technology
- Become an expert user of the digital solution, understand the domain space of biopharma manufacturing processes & equipment, quality control analytical methods and activities required to industrialize and launch a new medicine from a development & manufacturing perspective
- Work with the users in the two plants (Geel & Frankfurt) in order to ease adoption, train users, resolve potential issues and drive positive operational outcomes from digital
- Support initiatives leveraging digital continuity to implement advanced analytics on production & lab execution data to secure optimal process development and launch
- Create & deliver together with other team members and users the transformation of ways of working leveraging new digital capabilities
- Capture users’ feedback to decide with functional and technical product owners on the new functionalities for following releases of the digital solutions
About you: - Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Biologics or a related field
- Familiarity with enterprise software solutions
- Experience in working with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), Dataiku, Power BI, MES or SAP would be a great asset
- Experience in GxP and Agile Software implementation is a plus
- Demonstrated “get-things-done” mindset
- Problem-solver with ability to find creative ways to overcome roadblocks and keep the wheels running
- Ability to work in cross-cultural environments
- Ability to break down complex topics, without prior domain knowledge
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams consisting of a different mix of stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, manufacturing scientists, data scientists, IT specialists, and business analysts, through an adaptive communication style
- Experience within development and process industries and ideally biopharma would be a plus
- Fluent English is mandatory
- French and German knowledge would be only a plus
