Your prospective job:
For our client Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as System Engineer (m/f/d) at the location Immenstaad.
Your responsibilities:
- Optimization of electrical & S/W CONOPS of lifesupport systems for manned spacecraft
- Selecting, proposing and finally approving the key technologies to be used in the project
- Perform technical risk management
- Determine the make-or-buy strategy
- Produce the technical work breakdown structure and the development schedule
- Be responsible for the scope and quality of the assigned tasks
- Continuously monitor progress and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
- Represent chief engineering in the proposal team
Your profile:
- Completed studies in Engineering or studies with educational focus on thermodynamics, mechanicals, software, electronics, sciences or comparable
- High level of proficiency in Systems Engineering
- Experience in product development
- Experienced in the development and definition of procedures and risk analyses
- Hands-on experience with integration and test of scientific setups or closed loop systems according to procedures and safety standards
- Experienced in handling delicate hardware under laboratory or clean room conditions
- Experience in research and technology as well as research and development
- Knowledge in modelling of systems (Matlab/ Simulink)
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
