This is the ideal internshipinthe Advantest Field Service Business Process Management Team. Here is what we do:

1. Application & Process Support
   

We support all global processes from various functions (Logistics, Repair, Supply Chain Planning, Marketing, Services Sales, Call Center...) & their associated tools (ORACLE + various company specific applications) in the Service Business of Advantest.

1. Project Managemen t
   

We master in project management and lead global & cross-functional projects to enrich/update/... application and process environments (New ORACLE introductions, Introduction of new service processes, Efficiency gain projects, Logistics Warehouse Moves, ...) driving costs savings, enabling revenue gains or ensuring process compliance.

1. Consulting
   

We consult the operational team on driving continuous improvements within the associated process executions.

Requirements

Task description:

• Participation in a cross-functional project aiming at improving the organization's communication efficiency
  
• Production & release of Training Videos on various tools and use cases
  
• Development of a strategy for the usage of video technology to improve global communication
  
• Creation of marketing material to drive internal development strategies
  

Qualifications:

• University studies (Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design or similar)
