THIS IS THE JOB
As Junior Supply Chain Operations Manager (f/d/m)your main tasks will be:
As part of our Operations Management team, you will jointly be responsible for managing, designing and optimizing our operational value chain.
You will manage our B2B operations processes in close coordination with our service providers and internal stakeholders and continuously optimize them.
You will be the first point of contact for our sales team in order to deliver our B2B customers on-time and in-full.
Together with the sales team you will work towards efficient order processing and fulfillment of our B2B orders. From order receipt to correct invoicing.
You will be responsible for our transportation logistics and coordinate closely with our shipping partners to achieve performance and cost targets.
You will develop and take responsibility for projects to continuously improve our internal and external processes.

You already have initial professional experience (1-2 years) in the field of supply chain/operations management and/or logistics.
You have completed studies in the field of supply chain management, logistics or a comparable qualification.
You have experience in managing external service providers, especially freight forwarders.
You are confident with Microsoft Excel/ Google spreadsheets and PowerPoint/ Google presentations.
You have a very good knowledge of German (at least C1) and good written and spoken English (B2).
Knowledge of import and export as well as a confident handling of customs-related topics, especially for Switzerland, are an advantage.
Experience with SAP S/4 Hana (especially in the O2C process) is an advantage.
