As Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the effective management and control of all commercial activities of a company. You play a critical role in achieving the company's financial goals and long-term competitiveness.
Your tasks:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the financial stability and profitability of the company.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement - Responsibility for budget management, including budget preparation, monitoring and control
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies relating to finance and accounting
- Lead and develop the finance and controlling to ensure effective collaboration and performance
- Work closely with other departments, particularly Group functions as well as sales and production, to evaluate and optimize the financial impact of business decisions
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and develop actions to mitigate risks or capitalize on opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as banks, auditors and tax advisors
Your profile:
- Degree in business administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in finance and controlling, ideally in a management position - Sound knowledge in the areas of financial planning, budgeting and accounting
- Experience in leading and developing teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information
- Strong problem solving skills and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of integrity and sense of responsibility
