Trainee Digital Neurology Germany

We are looking for a Trainee Digital Neurology to join us in our Epilepsy franchise team, based in Monheim, Germany.

About the role

As a Trainee Digital you would be taking ownership of primarily digital projects within the Neurology Epilepsy Franchise. You will closely collaborate with the Digital Strategy Lead Neurology in alignment and development of all solutions (projects, activities & patient programs) in the area, driving together the localization and implementation of the area strategy and action plan.

Who you’ll work with

You will closely collaborate with the Digital Strategy Lead Neurology and work in partnership with Solution Lead, Ecosystem Leads and Franchise Head. The position reports to the Epilepsy Franchise Head and is part of the German Neurology team.

What you’ll do

• Co-own the development and implementation of impactful patient value solutions in Neurology digital team (e.g., customized email)
• Co-own co-creation of key projects with external stakeholders that will drive patient value in the respective ecosystems.
• Together with Digital Strategy Lead Neurology build, monitor and track implementation and KPIs of the area solutions by the respective local teams. Measure value and impact (e.g., Neurology digital reports)
• Co-own or Support Marketing Solution Leads in project coordination of key projects (e.g., brand campaigns, Healthcare Professionals, and patient platforms)
• Support Digital Strategy Lead Neurology by taking ownership of dedicated projects.

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the followingeducation, experience,and skills.

• More than 2 years’ experience within healthcare.
• Experience in working within multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of appropriate regulatory and access/Healthcare Technology Assessment guidelines
• First experience in proven cross functional project team’s leadership
• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications.
• Proven track record of developing high impact solutions in line with ecosystem drivers.
• First experience with demonstrated strength in business planning, tactical plan development and execution.
• Fluent in German and good English language required
