Through trust and flexibility, we are innovative and driven for success.As the Regional Marketing Manager for Germany, you will play a key role in shaping Circula's market positioning and driving demand generation initiatives in our primary market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans tailored to the unique needs of the German market, ultimately contributing to Circula's market leadership and revenue growth objectives.
Strategic Planning: Define and implement the regional marketing strategy and plan for Germany, aligning with overall company objectives and market dynamics.
Campaign Execution: Own the execution of events, account-based marketing (ABM), and public relations (PR) activities in Germany, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Collaboration with Central Marketing: Work closely with the central marketing team to execute digital marketing, growth marketing, and content marketing campaigns, leveraging centralized resources and expertise.
Sales Alignment: Partner with regional sales leaders to ensure seamless coordination between marketing and sales efforts, with a focus on driving marketing-generated pipeline and revenue.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on regional or country-specific marketing strategies.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns in the German market for SaaS or B2B, with measurable impact on brand awareness and lead generation.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and metrics.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both German (C2 level) and English (written and verbal)
