Our software, hardware and testing developers mainly develop in the field of embedded systems. In this context, we are supporting our customers according to Automotive SPICE, agile methods and their customer-specific processes and tools.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant (m/w/d) in the automotive environment. Start is possible immediately.
Deine Aufgaben
- You act as an active interface to internal business units and customers
- You will support management with strategic and conceptual tasks, events and the provision of documents, presentations and statistics
- You are responsible for the areas of applicant management and marketing activities (e.g. university contacts and university fairs)
- You act as an interface for applicant management and organise interviews with the relevant specialist department
- You are responsible for the on- and off-boarding of employees
- You are responsible for all office and assistance tasks and act as a contact person for internal and external contacts (e.g. employee meetings, job interviews, team building events and workshops as well as other events)
- You are responsible for the procurement of IT equipment and the corresponding access, including asset management
- You are responsible for travel management

- Excellent written and spoken German and a good command of English are essential
- You have a degree in business administration or commercial training combined with initial work experience
- You have already gained experience as an assistant, ideally in recruitment
- You are characterised by your solution-oriented way of thinking and initiative and can adapt flexibly to tasks as they arise
- Thanks to your people skills, you find it easy to deal with different personalities and you know how to lead others thanks to your strong communication skills
- You also have good organisational skills, a structured way of working and coordination skills
- You are fluent in common standard software such as MS Office
