Education:
University Degree in Accounting
CPA or equivalent (preferred)
Professional:
Functional: 6-7+ years in Finance and Accounting
Industry: Audit Firms and Multinational Companies
Leadership: 1+ years of supervisory experience (preferred)
IT Skills:
Excel: Advanced
PowerPoint: Advanced
SAP: Advanced
Language Skills:
The primary role of the Senior Executive, Finance is to manage and execute finance function as per below:
Task 1: Oversee the daily accounting and treasury functions
Accounts payable, collection, employee advances and claims are managed in line with company policies, standard operating procedures, and authorization matrix
Collections and disbursements are managed efficiently, and liquidity planning in line with business requirement, liaise with banks
Task 3: Actual Reporting
Monthly Opex reporting- actual vs Budget
Monthly closing- accruals/ prepaid expense/ provision for expense
Assist in month closing activities- HFM reporting etc.
Task 4: Tax reporting and statutory compliance
Tax returns are filed and paid on time and incompliance with tax provisions liaise with consultants and taxauthorities during tax audits
Coordinate and complete annual audit with external auditors
Task 5: Assist inInventory controls
Stock count and improve controls on importation tracking, freight cost tracking, WMS and SAP systems reconciliations
Task 6: Perform/Lead ad hoc projects for the continuous improvement of Finance Department
