You are responsible for reporting on sustainability performance to rating agencies (UNGC CoP, Carbon Disclosure Project, EcoVadis).
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives in line with the SDGs and the UNGC principles.
You will also monitor regulatory aspects related to sustainability issues, in particular the fit for 55 package.
You will also be responsible for employee training and awareness-raising programs on the topic of sustainability, as well as the creation of process models.
You will design and manage CWA processes, participate in sustainability team meetings, facilitate discussions and decision-making and provide status updates.
Last but not least, you will support audit processes by facilitating the integration of sustainability aspects into ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audits.
What you bring
You have a university degree with a focus on sustainability, analytics, engineering, business or relevant experience.
In addition, you have at least 2 years of experience in external reporting, compliance, energy transition, carbon footprinting and project management in the field of sustainability, international and cross-functional work experience is an advantage.
You are characterized by strong leadership potential and the ability to motivate and lead a team as well as work independently and meet deadlines.
Your excellent communication skills will help you translate complex information into clear and actionable guidance.
In addition, you have extensive experience of implementing reporting standards and frameworks, as well as strong project management skills and a results-oriented approach.
You will also have a very good command of written and spoken English and German.
