Intership (w/m/d) Global Shared Service Finance

We are looking for an intern (f/m/d) at the next possible time who supports our Global Process Coordination Finance Team within the Global Financial Shared Service Center in Melsungen.

The Team Global Process Coordination Finance is responsible for the harmonization and development of global processes within the finance area. The team is the central interface between all finance functionalities, the IT-section, and other departments. This includes the global knowledge transfer and training of finance related topics within the B. Braun business processes.

Duties and responsibilities

• You support international projects in the finance area
• You support the mapping of finance processes as well as their optimizing and testing
• You are involved in the redesign, simplification and automation of business processes
• You support the global Finance-Teams in further operative tasks
• You create presentations and concept documents
• You support the area of customer and vendor master data management
• You support in SAP authorization topics

Professional competencies

• Advanced student in Business Administration with focus on accounting or information systems
• You are interested in the interaction of finance processes and IT systems and their optimization
• You have very good English skills
• You have very good MS-Office skills (especially Excel, Power Point)

• You have an analytic and strategic thinking ability

• You have strong communication skills
