Banque de Patrimoine Privées (BPP) is a banking entity owned 100% by the Crèdit Andorrà Group, located in Luxembourg under the regulation of the CSSF, and with presence in the country since 2010. Our international private banking service is modeled by its exclusivity, tailor made solutions, independence and discretion. In order to support the growth of our Human Resources department, we are currently looking for a HR Officer Trainee (m/f) for a 6 or 12months internship.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide daily support to the HR Department;
• Guarantee administrative oversight of Human Resources (including managing attendance, vacations, sick leaves, etc.) via our HRIS;
• Participate in the implementation of training initiatives (internal/external);
• Take part in the recruitment process (posting job offers, tracking applications, and conducting interviews);
• Participate in HR projects.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master’s degree in HR or Business Administration;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
• Fluency in English and French;
• Multitasking skills with attention to detail and accuracy;
• Team spirit and good communication skills (oral and written).
