Job description
We are looking for someone for our engineering department as soon as possible
Automation or electrical engineer (f/m/d)
Control and electrical engineering system planning & processing
Your areas of responsibility:
• Handling of control and electrical engineering trades for highly automated pump systems in the areas of automation, energy and drive technology
• Creation of project and tender documents for our sub-trades, such as definition of control sequences, control layouts, description of the protection concepts, drive train, single line diagram, consumer list, interface drawing, cause - effect diagram, etc.
• Close collaboration with the project team (including the project manager, the mechanical designer and the project buyer)
• Analysis and evaluation of customer specifications to support offers and project execution
• Participation in customer and supplier meetings
• Examination of delivery documents for electrical components in relation to the previously defined service description
• Planning and support of system function tests and technical support of the commissioning team (partial)
• Offer support
The requirements:
• Completed studies as an engineer in automation or electrical engineering, specializing in automation, energy or drive technology
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of responsibility described above
• Willingness to have customer contact
• Basic knowledge of drive systems consisting of electric motors and frequency converters
• English spoken and written
• Good computer skills, user software (Office package, Visio or similar)
• Flexible, goal- and cost-oriented working methods in project teams
• Willingness to travel occasionally as part of project meetings, sales and commissioning support, worldwide
• Ability to work in a team across departments
