Ihre Rolle
als Teil eines dynamischen Teams maßgeblich im Geschäftsfeld AR/VR den Bereich Produktions IT verantworten
Definition von Projektzielen, Entwicklung von Projektplänen, Definition von Arbeitspaketen, sowie Budget- und Ressourcenplanung für ein großes Kundenprojekt
Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen bei Planabweichungen während des Projekts
regelmäßig Projektberichte und Präsentationen erstellen und an das Management präsentieren
Koordination des Lifecycle im Releasemanagement inkl. der Planung und zeitgerechten Bereitstellung von Releases
Unterstützung bei den Prozessen im Risikomanagement
Durchführung von Testauswertungen sowie die Erstellung von Reportings
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Management von Entwicklungs- und/oder Lifecycle-Projekten
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Tools, sowohl in einem Wasserfall- als auch in einem agilen Umfeld (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
Ganzheitliches IT-Verständnis (z.B. Zusammenspiel von Applikationen, Cloud-Lösungen sowie deren infrastrukturelle Einbindung in die gesamte IT-Landschaft) SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
Strukturierte, systematische und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit im internationalen Kontext
Eine emphatische, strukturierte, entscheidungsfreudige und zielorientierte Persönlichkeit mit guter Konfliktlösungskompetenz und technischem Interesse
Hohe Motivation, Verantwortungsbereitschaft und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Kosten, Qualität und Effektivität
Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, zusätzliche Deutschkenntnisse sind von großem Vorteil
