MKS in Neuruppin is currently seeking an
HSEQ Manager (f/m/d)
to join our team at the earliest opportunity.
Aufgaben:
- Ensuring the implementation of the defined programs, measures and official requirements
- Monitoring of hazardous waste removal vendors and assisting in the consolidation of hazardous wastes (chemical, radioactive, and/or medical)
- Preparation of training documents and presentations as well as implementation of workshops and training measures on topics in the area of responsibility
- Advice and support for the specialist functions on site and communication with the authorities in the context of immission control
- Recommending corrective actions for existing environmental health and safety hazards
- Responsible for life safety measures and ergonomic compliance activities
- Interacting with others in the administration of the worker's compensation program and implementing workplace ergonomics solutions
- Monitoring industrial health compliance requirements
- Data analysis, reporting and evaluation of incidents
- Planning and conducting tours and internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001/14001/45001
- Preparation, review and registration / management of documents, processes, reviews
- Optimization of all processes in the work area
Qualifikationsprofil:
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with a keen perception and analytical thinking
- Enjoyment of innovative solutions and openness to change coupled with a willingness to learn
- Conceptual skills and a high degree of quality awareness and organizational ability
- Good communication skills at all levels in German and English, combined with strong teamwork abilities
- Several years of relevant professional experience and methodological competence in evaluating complex issues
- Experience in training teams professionally
- Completed scientific or technical studies with a focus on chemistry, chemical engineering, electroplating or an equivalent qualification
- Training as a safety specialist and waste management officer (SiFA)
- Desirable: Training as waste management officer, Incident officer, Water protection officer (Abfallbeauftragter, Störfallbeauftragter, Gewässerschutzbeauftragter)
- Training as a quality management officer desirable and/or knowledge of management systems, ideally ISO 9001/14001/45001
