Tasks

• Commercial & technical activities related to real estate
• Primary contact for craftsmen, electricity providers, water suppliers
• Service charge settlements and accounting
• Conducting minor repairs/maintenance
• Commissioning and supervising repair orders
• Drafting rental contracts
• Recording consumption values (heating oil, water, electricity)

Your Profile:

Requirements

• Project finisher with manual skills
• Interest in real estate and enjoy working with people
• Organizational strength and reliability
• Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Driving license
• Team player and independent working style
