Summary
For the "F&C Self Protection" department we are looking for a "Finance Business Partner F&C Self Protection (f/m/d)" at the Taufkirchen site as soon as possible. The "F&C Self Protection" department is responsible for the economic project management of complex projects, from the preparation of offers to contract negotiations and project implementation.Your Tasks
Responsible for project and program controlling (including CTC/EAC analyses, target/actual comparisons) as well as early anticipation of deviations/problems
Developing suggestions and initiating corrective measures to secure or increase planned results and cash flow
Planning and implementing projects of medium complexity with a focus on milestones, financial project management, definition of target costs, monitoring costs, including opportunities and risks and maintaining contact with customers
Reporting on projects in relevant committees (e.g. EAC)
Developing and controlling the operational and strategic planning process as well as the operational goals (order intake, sales, margin, cash) in collaboration with stakeholders
Ensuring the financial accuracy of all bookings of the program/project (HGB, IAS/IFRS, national price audit and auditing matters)
Responsible for preparing the commercial part of the offer (including T&C, offer calculation, target pricing)
Preparation and execution of the negotiation contracts with medium to high contractual complexity, including proactive assistance with customer inquiries, analysis of customer requirements
Willingness to travel on business is prerequisite.
Your Profile
Degree in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable
Several years of experience in finance / project controlling
Several years of experience in contract management-/ project managament skills
Price audit and IFRS skills as advantage
High level of assertiveness, teamwork skills and customer orientation
Fleuent in German and English
