meaningful & challenging - Your tasks

• Technical Leadership: Creation and implementation of the technology vision for our FEH IT Platform/ E.ON Home App while acting as technical thought leader. You facilitate decisions on technologies, frameworks and architectural design in strong collaboration with our Solution Architects.

• Technology Delivery: Overseeing technical project milestones and task allocations including the ownership of certain technical deliverables. You fill the backlog, unblock barriers and ensure a smooth incremental improvement of technology foundation (e.g. Developer Portal, Technical Refactorings, ).

• Collaboration & Alignment: Close day-to-day work with our Application Management team and their technical Product Owners while conducting workshops with different stakeholders.

• Problem Solving: Addressing technical challenges and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Proactively identifying and manage risks to ensure overall project success.

• Staffing & Steering: Providing input for team staffing and conducting interviews to support the internal and external hiring. Lead and motivating your team members and standing as a role model for our values.

authentic & ambitious - Your profile

• Profound and broad understanding of cloud-native architectures as well as software engineering practices (e.g. Clean Code, CI/CD, IaC, ) and modern architecture paradigms (e.g. Microservices, IAM, API Gateway, )

• Familiarity with most of the following technologies: Typescript, NodeJS and NPM Ecosystem, ReactJS, React Native, GitLab

• Deep experience in AWS Cloud including the proper design and usage of services like Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, SQS, SNS or Kinesis.

• Proven track record in working with multiple teamsin a scaled agile setup and understanding on how to lead a diverse team to a joint success

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, a convincing manner and assertiveness together with strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking
