Your mission
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play an important role in achieving the goals of our development teams. Your responsibilities include fine-tuning and streamlining our CI/CD pipelines, devising and implementing resilient deployment strategies, and proactively overseeing the well-being and efficiency of our applications. Additionally, your active involvement in our collective endeavors to enforce data security and privacy standards is fundamental.
- Support our development teams by setting up CI/CD pipelines with CircleCI and Github Actions
- Conceptualize and implement deployment scenarios from the local development with Docker to running application on Azure App Service or Azure Functions
- Build out ways to monitor application health and performance with Azure built-ins or tools like NewRelic
- Collaborate on data privacy and cybersecurity strategies
Your profile
- You have several years of experience in maintaining highly available, large scale web applications clusters
- You are a strong advocate of the DevOps approach and want to promote it inside our development teams
- You know the ins and outs of one or several cloud providers like Azure, AWS or GCP
- You have profound experience in Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes or other configuration as code tools
- You develop pragmatic solutions without losing focus on quality
- You can also familiarize yourself with new or unknown technologies
- You are fluent in English and German
