We are currently looking to strengthen our team in Dormagen and are looking for several committed and technology-enthusiastic (Junior / Senior) Technician (m/w/d) who would like to contribute and expand their expertise in a diverse working environment. As a (Junior / Senior) Technician (m/w/d)your focus will be on the efficient and independent repair of brown or white goods. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, testing defective devices, initiate hardware repairs, firmware updates, parts replacement and digital reporting. • Carrying out qualified hardware repairs and diagnosis at module and component level for flat screen televisions, etc.
• Carrying out firmware and software updates
• Replacement of module parts
• Disassembling televisions and recycling parts for stock
• Using the internal IT control system to update order status and finalise orders
• Taking a keen interest in repair and product quality
• Guidance and training of less experienced colleagues

• Very good written and spoken communication skills (English and German)
• Ability to make decisions and show initiative
• Problem solving skills (analytical)
• Very good computer and IT skills, as well as MS Office user skills, especially Excel
• Relevant work experience in the technical field, TV repair or testing
• Familiarity and understanding of ESD precautions and procedures
• Flexibility, resilience and adaptability
• Motivation and enthusiasm for the job
