We are looking for our future SAP IBP Program Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Blieskastel or Obernai for a permanent contract.
Your mission
Reporting to Group Supply Chain Senior Director , you will be responsible for the success of a complex programs with heavy cross-functional impact, with the goal of significantly improving customer service through new systems and processes.
- Ensure that programs and projects are designed, implemented and managed in accordance with the methodologies and tools of the Program Management Office, with a good balance between agility and discipline in execution.
- This program is an important international supply chain program requiring solid knowledge of SAP S4HANA. Familiarity with advanced planning systems such as SAP IBP would be a plus.
- Coordinating between different projects and workstreams to ensure the E2E Digital Planning solution is completed on time and in full.
- Ensure compliance with milestones and criteria, namely deadlines, finances and quality, across the entire scope (manufacturing, supply chain, sales capabilities).
- Leading the change management on “back-to-standards” within the overall synchronized planning architecture between the different systems and departments involved.
- Managing transversal stakeholders and sponsors as well as expectations through regular communications and steering committee meetings with top management from different functions.
- Manage projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision.
- Supervise and review the work of other employees.
- Developing proposals for process optimization or harmonization on the basis of well-founded analysis
- Working on continuous improvement of the solution and key business processes by focusing on lean principles, best practices and reducing non-added value activities through strong and transversal collaboration with internal departments worldwide
Your profile
- You have a Master’s degree in economics or engineering with focus on Supply Chain/Logistics or comparable education.
- You have extensive experience in program management as well as a high level knowledge on how processes and systems impact on production planning, order management, customer promise.
- You speak fluently English, knowledge of any other language is an advantage.
- You are familiar with MS Office, knowledge of SAP/S4HANA and IBP is a definite plus.
- Expertise in Production planning.
- Your capacity to influence others, your ability to drive teams without reporting lines along with your proactive thinking and a solution oriented personality will be your best assets to succeed in our group.
